Cancel & refund policy

Refunds go back to the same PayPal or QR Ph payment you used.

    Full refund to your original payment method (PayPal or QR Ph).

  • 3-6 days before check-in

    50% refund. The rest covers the blocked nights.

  • Under 3 days / no-show

    No refund. Dates stay blocked for your reservation.

If we cancel your stay, you get a full refund. After check-in starts, stays are non-refundable.
